MAMKA is currently preparing its list of projects for 2011-2012. MAMKA plans to conducts research in four aquatic resource and oceans management areas:
- Species at Risk
- Aquatic and Marine Resources
- Alien and Invasive Species
- Community Engagement
The several projects will be conducted in each of the four areas. It is anticipated that American eel, American lobster, banded killifish, and green crab will be some of the species studied within the coming fiscal year. Please check back in April, 2011 for a full list of MAMKA projects.
